The Toulouse time trial comes the day after the rest day, the cruellest combination in the sport. We ride the same 33 kilometres along the Garonne in the morning, then watch every rider come through one at a time from the Relais Étape, close enough to hear the chain.
The next morning we roll off the official start line in Muret before the pros, then head south into the mountains.
Then the queen stage. The Soulor, the Tourmalet, and 16 kilometres at 8.7% to the Col du Portet at 2,215 metres. Quintana won here. Pogačar won here. Whoever wins here in 2027 is winning the Tour, and we are on the mountain when it happens.
The next day the podium is decided over the Marie Blanque into Laruns. We ride the course ahead of the race, then watch it settled from VIP Izoard hospitality at the line. The week ends in Lourdes, with the Paris Finish two nights away if you want it. Ride every day, some days or none, with Stuey and Cadel sharing the week.

17 x Tour de France | 6 x Olympian | 1 x Paris-Roubaix
Stuart O'Grady OAM OLY
Along the way, you’ll connect with a cycling legend who knows the sport’s grand stages inside and out.
Stuart O’Grady is more than a cycling legend. He is the Race Director of the Santos Tour Down Under, a partner and shareholder in Mummu, and the bridge between fans and the heartbeat of the peloton.
From riding 17 Tours de France to conquering Paris-Roubaix, Stuart has lived the moments every cycling fan dreams of. But it’s not just what he won. It’s what he knows. The tension in the team bus before a stage. The silent signals in a breakaway. The thunder of wheels rushing by, inches from the barriers.
Stuart’s insight comes from being deep inside the sport, not watching from the sidelines. Whether he’s guiding you on the road or sharing stories face-to-face, he opens doors that no one else can. With Stuart in the mix, Mummu delivers more than access. He delivers moments that become part of your own cycling story.

First Australian to win, 11-time TDF competitor
Cadel Evans - 🏆 Tour de France
One of the most respected names in cycling, Cadel Evans brings a champion’s insight and a tactician’s eye to the biggest race of the year. As Australia’s only Tour de France winner, his presence transforms the experience from spectator to strategist.
Cadel’s Tour de France legacy is one of precision, resilience and pride. With 11 appearances and a historic 2011 yellow jersey, he knows what it takes to win on the sport’s grandest stage.
When you’re standing beside him, hearing the stories and feeling the atmosphere shift as the peloton nears, you’re not just attending the Tour, you’re understanding it. With Cadel as your host, you gain more than access. You gain perspective that only a champion can share.
The Col du Portet is the roof of the 2027 Tour, 2,215 metres, 16 kilometres at 8.7% with no respite, and in 2027 it comes straight after the Tourmalet. Nairo Quintana won here in 2018 and Tadej Pogačar in 2021.
A time trial the day after a rest day is a brutal combination, and the Toulouse course is the last chance for the specialists before the climbers go to work. Time trials are also the best viewing in the Tour: every rider, one at a time, close enough to hear.
Then the Marie Blanque into Laruns, the last mountain day, where the podium is settled.

Very close. Paddock and Start Village access, with hosts to make introductions when appropriate.

He had followed the national championships on television for years. The coverage was always a little rough around the edges — fewer cameras than a grand tour, less polished commentary, but racing that made up for it with urgency.
Two places to stay, four race days. Hosted rides each day for the riders, the race for everyone.
We collect you in Toulouse, the pink city, and check you in for two nights. Bike set up and a test ride on the Tour's rest day, while everyone else finds a terrace in the old town. Welcome dinner with the group and your hosts.
