Official Race Access & Premium Pro Cycling Tours
Every Mummu journey is built for people who live and breathe the sport. Some ride every kilometre. Some watch every attack from the best vantage points. All share a connection — to the race, to the culture, and to each other. This guide answers the questions our guests ask most before they take their place in the story.
How much deposit is required and when is the balance due?
Our tours are intimate experiences that sell out quickly. To secure your place we require a 40 % deposit when you book, with the balance due 120 days before departure. If you book within 120 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.
Do prices include taxes and card fees?
Prices are per person and include applicable taxes. Payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express incur an international service fee (3.5 % for international cards and 1.04 % for domestic cards). We accept direct deposit to avoid card fees.
Are there any hidden costs?
We believe in transparency. Your invoice outlines exactly what’s included in your tour — premium accommodation, most meals, official race access, pro rider hosts and support vehicles. Flights to the start/finish city, travel insurance and personal purchases (souvenirs, bar drinks, extra meals) are not included.
Why should I book early?
We keep our groups deliberately small to preserve the premium feel. Some tours have maximum capacities and may close early. Early booking secures your spot, ensures the widest choice of rooms and allows our team to arrange credentials and special access for you. Major events like the Tour de France sell out months in advance, and our Grand Depart dinner has only 28 places.
How do I book a tour?
Choose your preferred experience on mummucycling.com and book online or contact us for manual bookings. Our team will send you a confirmation invoice outlining your payment schedule. Corporate groups should speak directly with a Mummu representative.
What happens if a tour doesn’t reach minimum numbers
Some journeys require a minimum number of participants. If numbers aren’t met, we may cancel and provide a full refund or transfer you to a similar tour. Your deposit is transferable to another individual.
Can I join at the last minute
If there is availability, yes. However, once our tours are full we operate a wait-list. Contact our team to explore upcoming departures or be notified of cancellations.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
You can, or you can ride a high-end rental from Factor Bikes.
What kind of support will I have on the road?
Ride guides and support vehicles carry everything needed so you can focus on the ride.
Do you provide helmets, pedals and other gear?
Bring your own shoes and pedals. Helmets are available on request.

This is your chance to lock in your 2026 Tour de France experience before the public. Secure your preferred stages, reserve premium bikes, and access exclusive experiences no one else gets.
Years of trusted relationships mean you see the race from the inside. From riding sections of the closed course to stepping into finish line hospitality, you are part of the action, not watching from the crowd.
Some tours include a pro rider host, others bring you close through team visits, shared meals or introductions on the roadside. It is a rare and genuine connection with the people who shape the sport.
Our people come from inside the sport. Many have raced at the top level, worked with professional teams or spent years on the road with the peloton. They know the riders, the culture and the small details that make a big difference. They are easy company, quick to help and focused on making every moment count. Support vehicles are never far away, carrying what you need so the day flows as it should.
Hotels are chosen for comfort, character and closeness to the race. Many are the same as those used by teams and officials. Meals are regional and unhurried, from breakfast to shared tables in VIP hospitality on race day.
Whether you ride every stage with us or join the action from the roadside, your days are planned to be rich with race moments, local experiences and time together as a group. We design each day so guests share the big highlights and the stories that come with them.
Some upcoming Mummu experiences
Our journeys aren’t holidays. They are your seat inside the race, close enough to hear the chains, feel the wind, and share the road with those who have made cycling history.
